1-min Diploma in Procurement / Marine / Engineering or Equivalent Certifications
2-excellent Communications and Negotiation Skills with Suppliers and Internal Customers Procurement Executive
3-proficient in Use of Ms Office Applications (words, Excel, Access) and Sap
4-responsible to Source, Negotiate and Purchase Materials from Both Local and Oversea Vendors
5-evaluate Vendor’s Quotation to Ensure that They are in Line with the Technical and Commercial Specifications Required for the Project
6-advise Internal and External On Issues Regarding Purchasing Terms & Conditions
7-in Charge of Daily Operational Purchasing Needs such as Planning, Issuing and Following Up On Purchase Orders Delivery and Shipment Schedules
8-resolve Supply, Quality, Service and Invoicing Issues with Vendors
9-assist in Iso Annual Performance Review for Vendors
10-possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
