Salary - 10 LPA to 12 LPA,
Location - Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Organize and monitor the Department's activities and ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently.
Participate in drawing up plans for the long-term development ISP and IT infrastructure to ensure continuity of operational performance in a changing environment.
Monitor the effectiveness of the all the domains covered operating systems and procedures.
Effect the technical implementation of new products and services into the Network & Core Operations environment to ensure that the Customer Service provided satisfies both the customer and CWS Business expectations.
Liaise closely with the Divisional Director/ CTIO for all issues regarding the provision of service, suspension of service, allocation of numbers, class of service, traffic records, special facilities or regarding any issue of an emergency nature that could cause degradation of service.
