1- Planning , Implementing ,Monitoring , & evaluating the programmes & strategies conducted for betterment

3- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
4- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
5- Assist & Support administrative staff in their day to day working
6- Assist & co-ordinate with sales & marketing teams
7- Conduct market research . document & analyse reports
