1-responsible for Handling Imports/exports/shipping Operations.
2-liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with Respective Factory/ Customer/ Forwarder/ Carrier
3-communicate Objectives to Managers.
4-manage Overall Office Administrative Function
5-preparation of Documentation Including Bills of Lading
6-knowledge of L/c Documentation for Import and Export
7-attend and Monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries
8-monitor Proper Administration and Documentation Pertaining to Order Creation and Shipments Arrangement
9-coordinate with Local and Overseas Suppliers, Forwarders, Transporters and Warehouse On Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods
10-responsible for Account Payables and Receivables
11-maintain Petty Cash, Reimbursements and Preparation of Payment Vouchers
12-performs other Accounts and Ad-hoc Assignments.
1-good Knowledge in Export Procedures and Ability to Maintain Shipping Documents
2-ability to Handle Core Operations of the Export Firm, from Getting Purchase Order and Tracking the Cargo Readiness to the Arrangement of Shipment.
3-ability to Manage the Centralized Trade Finance Operations Activities, Viz. Letter of Credit, Bills/trs.
4-good Computer and Software Proficiency. I.e. Tally.
