1-will Be Responsible for Working Closely with Major Electrical Consultants / Epc Electrical Contractor Offices for Understanding the Project Requirements & Defining the Technical Specifications -tendering - Bid Preparation - Order Booking-installation Support.
2-good Contacts & Network with the Electrical Consultants / Contractors is Mandatory
3-the Candidate Shall Be Responsible for Managing Sales, After Sales, Including Payment Collection (direct & Distribution Accounts) for the West India Market (comprising the States of Gujarat, Mp, Maharashtra, Goa)
4-shall Manage a Team of 3-4 Downline Sales Engineers Team in Managing Their Sales Cycle (enquiry Prospection – Quotation – Technical & Commercial Negotiations - Follow Up for Order-shipment-pod Submission to Accounts-bill Submission to the Customer-timely Payment Recovery)
5-shall Be Responsible for Achieving the Sales and Collection Targets for the Region
6-preparation of Monthly Sales Forecasts and Sales Implementation Plans for the Team and Delivery of Monthly Performance Reports for the Entire Branch
