The candidate must be a qualified engineer, preferably electrical 2. Must have had 7 – 10 years marketing experience of which at least 4 – 5 years must have been in transformer / breaker business 3. Should preferably have worked in a transformer manufacturing industry 4. Age : 30-40 years Essential attributes 1. Should have leadership qualities 2. Excellent communication skills – spoken and written 3. Should have a pleasing personality 4. Should have the ability to identify and convince a potential customer 5. Should be reasonably well acquainted with personnel in the industry i.e. maintenance, procurement officials etc. 6. Should be able to use various marketing skills to increase the customer base including, but not limited to providing technical seminars, participate in exhibitions, engage with trade associations etc. 7. Be familiar with various channels of promotion so as to be able to increase the business 8. Should have good understanding of commercial transactions
