Manages project issues as they arise and ensures minimal impact on project timelines  Ensures timelines are met for all projects in alignment with the defined HSE and quality standards and looks into timely delivery of all projects to the customers  Maintains accurate project records, prepares regular project status reports, and provides insights and updates to management on project performance.  Periodic assessment of team members by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.  Developing and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing the support and training necessary for employees to grow and succeed in their roles.
