We are looking for Accounts Executive (preferably Female candidate) post at our Bangalore office.

Experience :5-7 Years
Qualification : B.Com/M.com/CA Inter
Salary : 4,00,000 CTC per year
Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Job Description:

1-Handling of Accounts and admin related activities ,
2-Day to day activities of Accounting Entries, Sales invoice preparation, purchase entries, JV, Payments, Receipt entries.
3-Co-Operating with bank for fund racing activities.
4-Maintained the Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Variance Analysis Reporting.
5-Maintaining Inventory, Customers, Bank Reconciliation, AR & AP Reports.
6-Handing the Employee recruitments, welfare activities.
7-Preparing monthly payroll, maintain the attendance, leave records, and performance reports.
8-Handling the GST, PT, TDS, ESI and EPF returns.
9-Conducting the Month end closing, Statutory, Internal, Tax Audits. Conducting the Month End closing, Statutory, Internal, Tax and International Audits.
10-A soft spoken person with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, coordination, planning, negotiation & presentation skills.
11-Involved in Crusher maintenance, Sales, Employee Payments, Bank works, key role in management.
