1-checking of Invoices and Claims from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors to Ensure that Expenditures are Kept Within the Project Budget.
2-supervision of On-site Construction Activities to Ensure Completion of Project Within the Stipulated Time & Cost and Effective Resource Utilization to Maximize the Output.
3-scheduling and Monitoring of Projects. Preparation of Mis Reports, Monthly Reports, Daily Progress Reports Etc. Preparation of Budgets, Cash Flow Etc. Ensure Sub-contractor Bills are Certified Timely and Payments and other Related
4-checking Measurement for Actual Bill and Implement of Drawing At the Site
5-billing: Checking & Certification of Ra Bills of Contractors. Checking & Certification of Bbs as per Drawing & as per Site. Material Reconciliation
6-responsibility for Sap and Erp Monitoring System (pr Uploading, Creation of Project Structure, Budget, Cost Planning, Dpr Etc.
