Position: Senior Accountant - Construction
Location: Head Office-Indirapuram
Overview: We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in the construction industry
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting,
including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting, with a focus on construction
accounting principles. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy
and integrity of financial information related to construction projects and supporting the
overall financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
 Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements, for construction projects and the company as
a whole
 Manage project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for
construction projects
 Coordinate with project managers and engineers to track project costs and ensure
accurate project accounting
 Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
and external stakeholders
 Assist with budgeting and financial planning for construction projects and the
company
 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and
IFRS
 Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules
and responding to audit inquiries
 Mentor and train junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification
preferred
 8+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in construction
accounting
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
