Job Responsibilities-
1-Build relationships with key employees among customers
2-Create plans to address clients’ business needs
3-Advise clients on creating profitable processes
4-Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
5-Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
6-Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
7-Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
8-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9-Ability to work well with a team
10-BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
