Job Description
SR Exper is seeking a Front-end Software Developer who is responsible for producing high quality,
front end web code with an emphasis on efficiency, ease of maintenance and compatibility. Their
assigned tasks and projects are highly complex with little or no supervision required to complete on
time and within budget. The Front-end Developer understands the business and can translate
business requirements into technical specs, then engineer effective solutions to solve business
problems.
Essential job functions/ Responsibilities
• Provide direction on front end technologies and approaches
• Lead the analysis, data modeling, technical and functional design of the software project through the
SDLC utilizing agile methodology
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement interactive web applications
• Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new public-facing products
based on client requirements
• Resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Document coding and modifications; review API documentation for accuracy
• Perform code analysis, code reviews, and software reliability analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned
Educational and skills requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum 3+ years’ front-end experience developing in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience working with common JavaScript frameworks and libraries (i.e. React,
AngularJS, jQuery)
• Intermediate experience with UI/UX design and implementation leveraging tools such as Bootstrap
or ZURB Foundation
• 3+ years’ experience working in a source-controlled environment, such as Git or TFVC
