Profile - HR Executive
Salary - 16K to 20K

Qualification - Post Graduate/MBA in HR
Experience - 5 to 10 Years

Note - Only Male HR Executive with min 5 yrs experience in a hospital can apply.

Responsibilities-

1-Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
2-Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
3-Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.
4-Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
5-Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
6-Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
7-Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
8-Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
