She has to coordinate with LCOs for portal-related queries, training, account activation (in case of new empanelment). has to maintain a complete ledger of the LCOs/Client she'll be handling. Should be able to work under pressure. Should be mature enough to handle client calls. there would be regular Follow-up with clients
