1-should have Worked in a Managérial Sales Role in Managing Electrical Products/solutions Sales Business for a Min Period of 2-years in the Past Experience with An Organization of Repute
2-should have Managed a Team Earlier
3-the Candidate Shall Be Responsible for Managing Sales, After Sales, Including Payment Collection (direct & Distribution Accounts) for the West India Market (comprising the States Of
gujarat, Mp, Maharashtra, Goa)
4-shall Manage a Team of 3-4 Downline Sales Engineers Team in Managing Their Sales Cycle (quotation-follow Up-order-shipment-pod Submission to Accounts-bill Submission to The
customer-timely Payment Recovery)
5-shall Be Responsible for Achieving the Sales and Collection Targets for the Region
6-preparation of Monthly Sales Forecasts and Sales Implementation Plans for the Tea and Delivery
of Monthly Performance Reports for the Entire Branch
7-preparation of Periodic Sales Reports
8-responsibility of Guiding the Downline in New Sales Leads Business
9-maintaining Existing Business and Securing New Ones
10-will Be Responsible for Working Closely with Major Electrical Consultants / Electrical
11-contractor Offices for Understanding the Project Requirements & Defining the Technical Specifications -tendering - Bid Preparation - Orderbooking-installation.
