Provide technical assistance to Consultants / Specifying bodies with product presentations,
training sessions, Spec-in activities for tenders
 Responsibility shall be in identifying potential target EPC customers, establishing contacts,
visiting them, understanding their Lightning Protection & Earthing project needs and close
orders
 Role also needs to take care of existing business with EPC / MEP accounts Mumbai &
rest of Maharashtra
 Industrial Site Audits - Lightning & Earthing Risk Assessment Studies - Design of Lightning &
Earthing Protection systems - creating and presenting techno-commercial proposals and
handling negotiations shall be key activities in generating a sales pipeline for the assigned
region
 Working contacts with Solar segment will be an added advantage
 You’ll be planning the strategy for the customer win and order acquisition, Order booking
activities along with the Regional Head.
 Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the
market
 Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region
 The Candidate should be ready to travel extensively
 He should be a good communicator with leadership skills, responsible for managing sales,
revenue generation & identifying & maintaining good rapport / relationship with the clients
& co-workers
 Candidates would be well versed in the territory of operation
