the General Factory Manager is Required to Lead, Direct, and Control The
day-to-day Activities of the Fmcg Factory , Located in Hp, to Achieve The
short and Medium-term Financial and Operating Objectives Set By the Overall
corporate Business Plan. Responsible for Activities such as Manufacturing,
cost Control, Quality Control, Supply and Logistics, Distribution, Accounting,
employee Relations and Administration.
job Responsibilities:
1. Complete Responsibility for the Factory Operations:
- Lead, Direct, Evaluate, and Develop a Team of Department Heads And
operational Managers to Ensure that the Plant Meets Its Established Targets
and Standards
- Set and Monitor the Performance of the Plant Against Standards And
targets in Areas such as Manufacturing and Operating Efficiency, Quality,
cost Control, Administration Efficiency, Legal Compliance, Inventory Control,
finished Goods Distribution, and Human Resource Management.
essential Skills:
good People Management and Production of Chocolates
- Degree in Food Technology
-should have Been Gm of a Fmcg Factory
- Should have Administrative Experience of Managing Workforce of Over 250
-should have Basic Knowledge of Hr Functions Including Statutory Compliance Experience
-should have Experience of Chocolate Production
- 12 - 15 Years of Experience Required .
experience in a Foreign Country is Not to Be Counted.
