job Description :-
1-handling Compliance of Corporate Governance Norms as Prescribed Under Various Corporate, Securities and other Business Laws & Regulations.
2-handling the Promotion, Formation and Incorporation of Companies / Llps
3-preparing, Filing, Registering Any Document Including Forms, Returns and Applications By and On Behalf of the Company / Llp.
4-coordinating the Board / General Meetings and Following-up Actions Thereof.
5-acting as the Custodian of Corporate Records, Statutory Books and Registers.
6-managing the Secretarial / Compliance Audit.
7-representing Companies / Llps Before Various Boards and Forums such as Company Law Board, Registrar of Companies, Tax Tribunals and other Quasi-judicial Bodies.
1-preparing and Finalizing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements.
2-interacting with Various External Service Providers like Auditors, Tax Consultants Etc.
3-handling Taxation and Related Statutory Compliance Work such as Income Tax, Gst, Tds, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board Etc.
4-handling the Budgeting Process and Preparing Monthly Mis Reports.
5-should Be a Qualified Company Secretary (with Membership Number)
6-should Be Proficient in Working with Ms Excel & Ms Word.
