As the Marcom Head, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the overall marketing communications function and leading a team of professionals to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Create and manage an annual marketing communication plan, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and public relations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and design to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
