Must have basic understanding of presales activities. Candidate should possess fluent verbal and written
communication
Roles and Responsibilities
 Cold Calling from provided data on daily basis
 Perform research on contacts through available resources and qualify the contact to make a call.
 Get the prospect to fill the KYC details
 Setup a demo presentation after KYC details is filled out by the prospect

 Maintain relationships with new clients and must maintain a proper follow up on former and new
prospects
 Preparing a month-on-month sales report
 Co-ordinate with social media team to put up a proper sales activity on the social media leads.
 Data to work on Extracted data and Social Media data
 Understand the industry thoroughly to tackle prospective questions

Desired Candidate Profile
 Strong communication skills
 Keen learner (useful for understand Poultry industry)
 Must know MS Excel and MS Power point
 Having a CRM knowledge is an added advantage
 Go-getter, energetic, social buff and easy going
 Must know basics of social media
Job description
The main responsibilities of the Pre-Sales Executive role are:
 Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying Vox CPaaS Services
knowledge to meet those needs.
 Generating leads and building the sales pipeline through networking and follow-up calls.
 Managing existing customer base, Cross selling up selling different solutions.
 Preparing and Delivering product presentations and demonstrations of the Voxvalley Products.
 Marketing and promoting Voxvalley portfolio of products by writing articles, blogs social media
posts and attending industry events
 Developing and adhering effective sales plans using Voxvalley sales methodology
 Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical
specifications and other features.
 Providing assistance to customers coordinating with the internal stakeholders on all technical
aspect

Salary 7 Lac 50 Thousand To 16 Lac P.A.
