1-Responsible for filing the online & offline Tenders after searching them on various e-portals and on tender tiger / tender 247
2-Documentation of all Tender Documents.
3-Responsible for all activities related to tender preparing, EMD & Tender fees, Preparing the Tender Documents, Tender Submission, Follow up for the Tenders.
4-Responsible for recovering the pending EMD amount.
5-Responsible for searching and filing new tenders in case of L1 then follow up with Govt personnel for PO assurance.
6-Looking after Import shipments knowledge in preparing LC and import documents.
7-To Handle the administrative work.
8-Coordination with Accounts department for vendor billing & Operations Dept.
9-Looking after hardware & software issues and purchase of new laptop / desktops
10-Vendor coordination.
