Job openings for Sales Executive in Mumbai

We are scaling our Cocopeat & Agri-Substrate Export Division, and looking for a smart, articulate, young Sales Executive (Female) who can support global sales operations, client coordination, and structured follow-ups.
This role needs clarity, confidence, strong communication, and speed.
Sales Outreach
• Identify buyers globally using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Apollo, trade platforms
• Maintain lead sheets, follow-up trackers, and weekly reports
Client Communication
• Handle WhatsApp, email & call-based communication
• Share PIs, resolve objections, and support the final closure
• Maintain warm, professional, founder-level tone
Coordination
• Support founders during calls
• Coordinate with logistics, CHAs, production teams
• Assist with export documentation (training provided)
Reporting
• Maintain POs, PIs, dispatch sheets, and structured communication logs
