Roles and Responsibilities
 Able to design batch architecture for complex recipe control across multiple products
 Must have knowledge of batch process manufacturing expertise
 Continuous and batch control strategies
 Coordinate with vendors for raw material arrangements
 Study market samples and benchmark
 Conduct lab trials
 Visit manufacturing units for plant trials
 Conduct shelf life studies
 Coordinate with internal and external labs for analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

 B Tech in Food Technology with 3+ years of experience in handling Product development including plant
trials
 R&D experience must
 Preferred industry Dairy, Beverages, Confectionery, Snacks
