Experience : 10+ Years of experience in Electrical Product/ Solution sales to EPC accounts in
Chennai & rest of Tamilnadu
Role : Associate Sales Manager reporting to Regional Manager, South
Industry Type : Electricals / Switchgears & related Electrical project sales to EPC accounts
Location : Chennai
Education : Degree/Diploma in EEE / ECE. MBA in marketing will be added advantage.
Skills : Being technically, analytical, proactive & innovative, solution & target and teamwork oriented.
Being customer and market oriented and approaching verbal and written communication skills.
Having good planning and organization skills.
Functional Area: Electricals Product Sales – Institutional / Retail

Job Summary

Role involves prospecting, generating business leads, following-up and closing the deal for the Indelec
range of Lightning Protection and Earthing/Grounding products with EPC’s specialized in Industrial
MEP works, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Utility, Process & Firefighting works, Civil & PEB works.

Job Description
At its core, the role focuses on 3 main activities:
1. Customers - Find new ones and derive more value from existing ones
2. Markets - Figure out where new customers live (in terms of both geography and buying
mindset) and find a way to reach them
3. Relationships - Build and leverage relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate
opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities:
? Position will be responsible for the complete territory of Tamilnadu for the business of Indelec
Lightning Protection and Earthing products and services
? Candidate should have worked for a minimum period of last 5-years in a sales position
handling electrical product sales / solution specific to the EPC customers specialized in
Industrial MEP works, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Utility, Process & Firefighting works, Civil
& PEB works. This is mandatory for this position
Provide technical assistance to Consultants
