Experience - 4 to 7 Years
Qualification - Graduate in Hotel Management, Event Management, Travel and Tourism or a
related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Good relationships with hotels, venues and event-related vendors.
• Sound understanding of MICE operations, hospitality and event execution.
• Ability to manage multiple events and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage last-minute requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events when required.
Experience and Qualifications
• 1 - 1 and half years of relevant experience in MICE or event operations.
• Experience in handling corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentive
programmes and offsites is preferred.
• Graduate in Hotel Management, Event Management, Travel and Tourism or a
related field is preferred.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised and service-oriented, with the
ability to independently manage MICE operations while coordinating effectively with
clients, vendors and internal teams.
