Responsibilities:

targets.
ï‚· Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
ï‚· Sales Strategies: Contribute to the creation and implementation of
effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
ï‚· Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales
Manager, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
ï‚· Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and
ensure that the sales team provides high-quality customer service.
ï‚· Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to
the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
ï‚· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including
Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align sales
strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
B. tech (M.E)/B. E (M.E) minimum experience in a manufacturing company of 3
years in sales department.

ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
ï‚· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
ï‚· Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the sales process, market
dynamics, and industry trends
