* 15 years or more of professional experience
* Should have worked on composite buildings
with steel structures
* Overall Project & Construction Management
* Co-ordinate between head office, client and contractor
* Maintain drawings and mail/letter correspondence
* Oversee and approve contractor work for quality and co-ordination.
* Attend meetings& presentations
* Preparation of site reports as per formats with respect to time, quality, cost, risks,
recommendations etc
* Oversee and approve certification & bill approval of contractors as per issued contract
* Participate and approve building commissioning as per contract requirements
* Oversee and implement HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines on site
* Any other task related to site or design
