-15 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer / E-commerce.
- Strong experience managing online FMCG business across marketplaces and preferably quick-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering significant online revenue growth.
- Experience in P&L ownership, commercial negotiations, category management, and trade promotions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Good knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and FMCG distribution.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-management capabilities.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred.
The preferred candidate should be someone who has built or scaled an FMCG e-commerce business, understands the economics of marketplaces and quick commerce, and can balance sales growth, brand building, availability, and profitability.
Experience with major Indian e-commerce and quick-commerce channels will be an advantage.
