B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in exports or international business within an engineering, manufacturing, capital goods, or industrial components company.
Demonstrated experience of visiting international customers in person - at their plants, offices, or at trade exhibitions - within the last three years.
A verifiable track record of converting prospects into customers. The candidate must be able to name at least two accounts he personally developed from first contact to repeat order, and describe how.
Preferred
• Exposure to cement, mining, power, steel, bulk material handling, or wear parts industries.
• Experience of tendering to large industrial or multinational buyers.
• Experience of supervising or mentoring a junior team member.
• Familiarity with Volza, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and export data platforms.
• Strong Excel and MIS capability.
