Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our fashion
and textile business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining
relationships with clients, and expanding the company's market presence through direct
field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and distributors to promote products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present product catalogs and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
3. Market Research:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product demand and improvements.
4. Order Management:
- Collect orders from clients and coordinate with the backend team for processing.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
5. Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of visits, sales, and client interactions.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and product lines.
- Educate clients about new collections and offers.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Textile)
- Experience: 2-7 years in field sales (preferably in fashion or textile industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good understanding of local market

Salary Range:
INR 22,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives
