Position: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors; negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
Ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project schedule
Coordinate with site engineers, store, accounts, and vendors for smooth procurement
Maintain purchase records, rate contracts, and vendor databases
Monitor material quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications
Assist in cost control and budgeting for project procurement
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
25 years of experience in purchase/procurement in construction or infrastructure projects
Good knowledge of construction materials and vendor management
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel and basic ERP knowledge preferred
Salary - 25K NTH - 30K NTH
