• Groceries and other items procurements

Role
• Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
• Managing daily purchasing activities, Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
• Determine Quantity, Quality and timing of deliveries.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• Determine and track KPIs
• Provide reports for upper management
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
