We need a ZSM-NORTH Zone
Based at : Delhi
Experience:
(a) Minimum 12-15 years in general trade functions with reputed FMCG organizations, out of which the last 3-5 years should be working as a ZSM
(b) Exposure to the confectionery industry will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
(c) In-depth knowledge of the entire NORTH INDIA
Educational Qualification: Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Skill Set Required:
Ability to manage and lead a sales team
Possessing strong leadership qualities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for NORTH INDIA
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A quick learner & an immediate decision maker
A focussed go-getter & an absolutely target achievement driven
Friendly with Microsoft Office Suite
Have handled new product launches in the past
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
