We are hiring for Marketing Project Head for a very reputed transformer manufacturer company.
 Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and cost-
effective completion of projects
 Manages project budgets by monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and
maintaining financial discipline within project constraints.
 Ensures all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards in line with company and
regulatory requirements.
 Works closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to align project goals,
track progress, and resolve any cross-functional challenges.
 Acts as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring clear communication,
managing expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Proactively identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans. Manages project issues as they arise
and ensures minimal impact on project timelines
 Ensures timelines are met for all projects in alignment with the defined HSE and quality standards and
looks into timely delivery of all projects to the customers
 Maintains accurate project records, prepares regular project status reports, and provides insights and
updates to management on project performance.
 Periodic assessment of team members by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identifying
gaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 Developing and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing
the support and training necessary for employees to grow and succeed in their roles.
Qualifications & Experience
 Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and/or project management experience preferably in
Electrical, transformer industry.
